Bratzo Torres joined EFIC Partners in 2009, he was promoted to associate in 2011, to vice president in 2014 and to managing director in 2020. Previously, Bratzo worked in Private Equity at Enfoca Inversiones.
Over the last few years, Bratzo led and participated in M&A processes, capital raisings and business valuations, such as: the sale of Qhatu Plaza (first convenience mall in Lima) to Protecta Security in 2020; a USD 14.6 MM structured loan for Agroindustrial Huamani in 2019; the advisory to Cintac S.A, (subsidiary of the Chilean Grupo CAP) in the acquisition of the 70% of the industrial conglomerate Calaminon for USD 40 MM in 2018; the sale of Peruquimicos (leading Peruvian chemical distribution company) to GTM Holdings (Advent International) and a USD 22 MM structured loan for Agricola Chapi in 2016; the advisory to STRACON GyM in the acquisition of the 20% of Red Eagle Mining Corporation in 2015; the sale of United Centrifuge LLC to Aly Energy Services for USD 25 MM; the PEN 1.1 Bn valuation of Casa Grande S.A.A. as part of a takeover bid in 2014; a USD 51 MM structured loan from Goldman Sachs for Especialistas en Gas del Perú (natural gas distributors) in 2012; and the USD 165 MM merger between STRACON and the mining division of Graña y Montero to form STRACON GyM in 2011.
He holds a BSc in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico (Lima, Peru), with a specialization in finance.
