Clínica Anglo Americana senior secured USD 10 MM private debt issuance

In September 2017, the Clínica Anglo Americana (“CAA”) issued its first private bond: a 3-year, USD 10 MM facility funded by EFIC Capital SAFI.

CAA is a Peruvian health institution established in 1921 with USD 70 MM in revenues. Its infrastructure consists of 94 beds, 5 operating rooms, 132 doctor’s offices and 24 emergency rooms.

The emission was used to (i) equip a new, 28-doctor’s office building and (ii) reprofile current debt.

EFIC Partners acted as structuring agents in the transaction.
