In July 2022, Grupo Intercorp, through its subsidiary Interproperties Perú, acquired Molina Plaza Shopping Mall located in La Molina district, Lima.

Molina Plaza is one of the first strip malls developed in Lima. The property was built within a 17,689 sqm area. Since its inception in 2004, Molina Plaza has been developing its tenant mix. To date, customers are able to find a hypermarket, a cinema, a gym, several retail stores, a financial and services area, among others; including well-known valuable brands such as Plaza Vea, Cineplanet, Sportlife, Nike, MiFarma, KFC, Pizza Hut, Burger King and Starbucks, among others.

The long-standing tenant base with high renewal rates and full occupancy; were all part of the main factors aligned with the interests of Grupo Intercorp to continue its consolidation as one of the main operators of shopping centers in the country.
