In June 2014, STRACON S.A.C. and GyM S.A. merged to form STRACON GyM which became part of the Graña y Montero Group. STRACON GyM will focus on the mining services sector in local and regional markets.

Graña y Montero has more than 70 years of experience and is Peru’s leading engineering and construction company. The company has presence in four Latin American countries.

STRACON was established in 1993 and provides various services to the mining sector, including project development and technical services in Peru and New Zealand, with almost 1,500 employees.
