Ximena Sicos joined EFIC Partners in 2025.

Previously, in 2023, Ximena worked as a Business Strategy Intern at BBVA Peru, where she was part of the Chief Executive Office team, delivering presentations to BBVA Global and C-level stakeholders, while contributing to key bank initiatives. In 2024, she worked as an Investment Banking Intern at BTG Pactual Peru, assisting in cross-border and domestic M&A, Debt Capital Markets (DCM), and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions across various industries.

Ximena holds a BSc in Economics with a specialization in Finance from Universidad del Pacifico (Lima, Peru). In 2024, she completed the Business Analysis and Valuation course at the London School of Economics (UK).
